Personal Choice Machine-Readable Files

This link is published in accordance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) Transparency in Coverage Rule, requiring the publication of machine-readable files.  The TCR requires health plans and plan sponsors to make in-network and out‑of‑network provider cost information available to the public by July 1, 2022. The files are being hosted by Independence Blue Cross, our medical benefits administrator, and can be accessed at the link included below.
