    NOTICE 
     
    Please note LMPTA Bylaws below which were approved 5/2019 in accordance with the PA PTA requirements.
     

    The following changes to the local bylaws were approved by the Pennsylvania Board of Managers and are effective 8-20-2020:

    Article XII: Meetings.
    Section 1. Regular Meetings. At least three (3) general membership meetings of this local PTA shall be held during the membership year. A general membership meeting may be held electronically in the event of an emergency. 

    Section 2. Special Meetings. A special meeting of this Local PTA shall be called by the president or by the majority of the executive board with three (3) days’ notice which shall include the date, time, place, and purpose. A special meeting of this Local PTA may be held electronically in the event of an emergency. No other business may be discussed or conducted.
