Community Connections is a FREE program offered to any Montgomery County resident by Montgomery County's Dept. of Health and Human Services. Their staff can help people navigate the human services system, better understand what resources are available, and make referrals to providers that best address identified needs. They can help link to resources focused on services for seniors, mental health, drug and alcohol, employment, childcare, housing, food, and much more.

There is a free virtual group for kids and teens who have a loved one in treatment or who have cancer themselves.  There is another free virtual group for kids and teens who have lost someone to cancer.
