Mission Statement:

        The mission of the Special Education Awareness Council (SPEAC) is to promote awareness and tolerance of student differences within Lower Moreland Township School District.  Through education we support students with special needs by collaborating with parents, teachers, and administrators to cultivate an environment that endorses integration throughout the community.
